Sales & Growth: Vertical or Horizontal?

Selling the product and making significant constant growth is like keeping the step on Moon nowadays because of high demand competition and niche-specific markets.
Most companies in today’s world are rethinking their financial and sales strategies to reconcile their visionary think tank to diversify the need for sales in two-dimensional theories, Horizontal Expansion or Vertical Expansion. Either to make capital expenditure CAPEX vertically building the foundation tower of companies identity in a specific niche or focusing on Market Shre driven strategy.
